Title: 101 Delegates?

I was just listening to the toy box studio podcast and I heard about the 101 delegates, how does one become a delegate?

Do you think we'll see development delegates from the main BitShares project also run for spots under Music?

at least in the beginning I say yes ...
being a delegate comes with some technical understanding and knowledge and those already running a delegate have an advantage in that knowledge .. though everyone else is open to learn how to run a delegate .. still shareholder approval required ..
