Title: CPU? AMD A-serien A4-5300 ?

Will it work to use AMD A-serien A4-5300  and does anyone know if the CPU must have AES-NI ?

It will work. No special instruction sets needed. CPUs before AMD Athlon X2 and Core 2 Duo, I'm not sure about (pre-2006).
