Title: Prediction Market on BitShares?

On MVP requirement page, I can see prediction market feature, but I am wondering that this is still valid. Will prediction market be released in 2.0? Or will it come with 2.1 or so?

You can implement a binary prediction market with privatized bit assets .. I had a link to a post by BM that explained it but I cant find it anywhere
