Title: Existing (non Bitshares) website wants to refer customers - how does this work?
Post by: Ben Mason on August 23, 2015, 07:04:53 pm
If a company has a website selling whatever and wants to accept Bitshares or Bitassets and also wants to direct their customers towards Bitshares for the purposes of referral, is that accomplished via a standard referral page on their website? Or would the customer simply click a link to the Bitshares website referral page?

Thanks!

You can link them to a faucet (like it is now)  via a link.

Bitshares.org faucet Wil share 50% with you for example.  But I'm sure there will be better rates in other wallets/faucets

I asked in a mumble if it'll be possible to pay the fee for your referrer in order to get 100% ref share - as far as I remember it is planned.

There is a lot of excellent information here on that: http://wiki.bitshares.org/index.php/Main_Page
I wish it was a bit more user friendly.
