Title: Looking for Windows Build Instructions

Someone posted here in the past, would like to get them converted into a .md file and checked into graphene repo.

Any help / pointers would be greatly appriciated.

I was promised to finish this instruction but doesn't get time yet, maybe @cube will do it, I see he post Windows build, if not, I will finish this during weekend.

Edit: Old BitShares instruction and .bat files is good starting point https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares/blob/master/BUILD_WIN32.md

I can post an updated md for graphene.  Thanks for the link.  It is easier to modify from there.
