I made a deposit to Poloniex in the amount of 126203.22554 that never showed up on polo's side. Transaction details are as follows: Transaction #28f9c763

how long did you wait? it needs a couple of minutes sometimes longer.

and polo are officially having problems with bts deposits, right now. So yes open a support ticket there.
