Please check if your time is correctly synced to a timeserver.. you seem to be off by 2 minutes. Current block at time of writing is 19965

Yes my laptop is off by 2 minutes, is that bad? but I'm using the web wallet?

The webwallet is taking your local time as base for calculation. It's not bad, but you will see that warning message. Better to synchronize your time with a timeserver.

How ?

You can always set time manually using time from mobile phone or from Internet http://www.worldtimeserver.com
If it's helps google how to enable time synchronization for your operation system, like https://www.google.com/search?q=windows+time+sync
