Title: Going From 0.9.2 to 0.9.3c
Post by: robo on October 15, 2015, 09:23:43 am
Hi
A quick question. I'm currently running 0.9.2 on Windows 7 and as I understand it
I need to first upgrade to 0.9.3c, export keys and then go to version 2.0.

Do I need to first completly uninstall 0.9.2 before installing 0.9.3c or is there
some way of just replacing the GUI and console executables and leaving
the blockchain and everything else as they are.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the quick reply xeroc.

So I'll just run the the 0.9.3c installer and then import
my 0.9.2 wallet.

I've got a pretty recent blockchain backed up so I guess
I can just paste that in to the 0.9.3c chain folder to speed up
the sync.

You don't need connections, just export keys according instruction: http://docs.bitshares.eu/migration
