Title: losing 2FA access / lost phone on poloniex

have anyone lost their 2FA access on poloniex? hope there is a way to rest and restore access... i have already submitted a support ticket...

I'm sure there is a way...

however, it's best to either make a backup of the 2fa code or use Authy if you're not too paranoid :)

still waiting... how long does it take for them to get to a support ticket? can someone ask in poloniex trollbox for me please? i can't bc i can't login in :( thanks

You don't need someone to ask in the trollbox for you.  You can just create another account to log in and ask for yourself.
