Title: Bitshares Openledger not syncing

I cannot sync the time on my PC since I don't have admin pass, why does openledger need my pc time anyway????

You need the PC time to be synced. All blockchains required that.  When the time is not right and if the blockchain not check it, the network is opened to fraud.
