not sure if I understand your question, but bitsharestalk is independent

 I think he means a forum where information is 'managed' might be better.

So that BitShares is presented in a more positive light to outsiders and newcomers.

I think the way you do it now of moving certain things to 'questions and concerns' and keeping price related content in 'trading & speculation' is fine.
