is it possibile pack bts GUI into APP onAndroid&ios?
and tweak the GUI to adopt the Mobile use screen

yes it is .. and it's on the roadmap ..
afaik webdevs are investigating React-native to do so

he plan to make app  that use webview interaction with webwallet
