Title: I have an account and I can not transfer any funds from my account

Hello Everyone!

I have a Bitshares account "er1" and I can not use the Transfer module in Bitshares 2.0 to transfer funds out of this account.  Actually I wish to close out this account as the Membership or Permissions are not set right and when I try to transfers funds it say I don't own the account...  I'm asking the community for support with this...

check if you're only following that account.

at the moment, you need to use the SAME browser on the SAME computer to access your wallet .. or you have to import your backup ..

check if you're only following that account.

On my laptop I logged onto---    https://bitshares.openledger.info/#/account/er1/overview and I am unable to transfer funds...  I don't know how I lost control of this account...  this is the first account I opened in Bitshares and now I am unable to Transfer Funds from this account...  I'm not having a very good start with this account...  what am I missing here...

Yes...  so I hear you saying...  backup my wallet and restore from the backup...
