Title: Do we still have a halving in 2.0?

In post 2.0, do we still have a halving that caps dilution over time? Or is it a case of dilution forever until the project is finished?

I see weve added 3M more shares since 2.0

The total supply is capped and cannot be increased beyond 3.7b.  It also cannot increase by more than 5 bts per second.
