The BitShares mobile wallets (https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,20762.0/all.html) all have a "Finder" that allow users to find local Smartcoin friends, POS merchants and BitShares Meetup groups (http://bitshares.meetup.com) using the embedded google maps api. Please contact me to have your Meetup group added to the mobile wallet app.
If you do not have a local Meetup group yet, please start a group!

Yeah, but if you don't use google maps on your phone, what do you use if you want to find things via gps? Is there an open maps api that we should use instead, one that all phones would be able to access? I want our stuff to be as accessible to as many people as possible for mass adoption, hence the 22 languages etc.
