Title: Is v2.0.151216b Compatible with 2.0.160103b?

I sometimes use windows cli wallet. But I cannot see any windows binary files for 2.0.160103b. Can I use the previous version (v2.0.151216b)?

AFAIK you can use the old cli_wallet with the new witness_node.

The cli_wallet is just a frontend to the RPC interface of  the witness_node, just like the GUI client is. There haven't been any serious changes in the RPC API recently, so it should just work.
