Title: Possible fee structures if zero transfer fee were live

Assuming that the new zero transfer fee structure proposal by BM goes through and is active, what should fees outside of transfers be? What should be included/discounted under Annual and Lifetime membership? What should these memberships cost? Should there be a Lifetime membership? All this also assumes percentage type fees are also active.

Well, in that case would it even make sense to make it percentage based too? Or could we just leave it as it is? Would it be worth the money in that case?

When I say active, I don't mean all fees are percentage. I just mean percentage base fees are an option to flat fees.

We could have 0 bts/Tx for anything below 10$. Wich could be great for marchant as coffee shop, newspaper store, ect..
Then we could charge 0.1% up to 1000€ to compensate for the fees not generated below 10€. (I'm thinking about for the Ref. Prog.)

I would keep a basic_fee for normal-users and the RP, and I would try to push all the cool stuff (like 0 transfer fee) for LTM-only.

Yeah... this will allow us earn millions of dollar thanks to LTM fees, but you know what is cooler?
