I have two open tickets posted on CCEDK (since 3/29/16). Not getting a response.

A friend I introduced to CCEDK complained of the same to me a week ago. His ticket is still opened, ELEVEN days without a reply.

Hope it sorts out fast because openledger is gaining traction n have good support is very important
