Title: RESOLVED : Steemit Account Creation Issue

I went ahead and made a new account for Mr. Carreras, but it's not showing up for some reason. It's been over 24 hours and Steemit continues giving a 500 error.

Any clues what I can do? It does not appear I can get back into the other account and now I can't get the new one to show up.  :-\

I emailed @ccedk  since I registered it through "steem-register" but have not heard back. I'd really like to get this setup asap so I can move on to the next person I want to introduce to Steemit.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

UPDATE : This has been resolved.

steem-register is my bot.  The only link to ccedk is that it uses openledger to convert your open.steem into real steem to register your account.  I responded on the bitshares network yesterday and refunded your open.steem when I saw the account didn't register.  I have also now responded on steemit.com.  In the future if you have any problems with register on the steem network or steem-register on the bts network you can PM me for quicker help.

Hello, I also had trouble creating a new account. I followed the instructions posted on steem.com by dele-puppy, and see a payment to steem-register, but no account was created.

Are those instructions on steemit still correct? or did I vaporize my steem...
