Title: Mining pool DAC

The idea just occurred.

A mining pool DAC that automatically adjusts network hash distribution. This ensures the probability of %51 attacks are minuscule. Brings huge value to PTS/AGS in fees generated...

I cannot code, can someone offer an opinion?
