Title: NSR deposit problem

Hi,   I have just sent 1000000 NSRs to my bts account. But all NSRs deposited are lost and don't appear to my account. anyone can know the reason?  How can I solve it? Thanks a lot!

Just to follow up, this issue was fixed yesterday.
