Title: btc38 paused BTS deposit/withdraw, remove bts38's source from feed/bots

BTC38 have lost about 20millions BTS yesterday,
and have paused BTS's withdraw
some users panic dump the BTS in BTC38

please remove BTC38'S price source for witness and trade bots temporary
I have remove this price source for the web bots of btsbots.com
