Title: NEWBIE Education Program [HELP ME]

So I started distributing NEWBIE attached to a tutorial to get new DEX users familiar with how things work. And it's already a great success!

Requirements:

**MAKE SURE TO ADD A MATCHING BUY ORDER FOR THE NEWBIE YOU GIVE AWAY**

* Do not give away more than 100 NEWBIE each
* Use/Copy/Rewrite the tutorial is fine
* Go to forums, twitter, whatnot
