Title: problem down loading bitshare client

Hi guys new here still trying to understand ,, but my main problem is i can not download the client registration form for windows .. i think my security stops it and says its unsafe .. how do i get over this little hurdle thanks in advance Steve

you could just use one of the available webwallets

bitshares.org/wallet
openledger.io

for example
