Title: Need help with BitShares Client 0.9.3c

Hello
I have some old wallets named wallet.dat in a folder named ProtoShares, dated from December 2013. I want to see if these contain anything useful. I have downloaded BitShares 0.9.3c but it does not connect to the network to update. How can I connect, or is the entire blockchain available as a download or torrent?
