Title: I can't login online exchange

Hey Guys,

I have some difficult regarding the UTC time for login... my browser stay only loading but it don't happen...

Could you help me... I'm in the south of Brazil... each time I must choose or what server is best for me? Thanks

Which exchange did you use? https://openledger.io/ is a good choice instead of bitshares.org
