Title: BitShares Improvement Proposal (BSIP) document for Stealth.

Looking for help on creating a BSIP for Stealth. @kenCode has stated that he has never did a BSIP before and needs a little help. A group has been created on Flock: http://agorise.flock.co . If you think you can help please join.

Would this be paid work? I've written a few BSIPs recently.

The Stealth BSIP must include a detailed technical description. Check BSIP's 17 and 18 to see what I mean. :-)
