Title: New to Bitshares, U Need To Have BTS In Order To Trade?

Hi, so decided to buy some BTS and in trying to sell some Steem for them it tells me I don't have enough BTS to make the transaction...thought it would just subtract the fee, like the other exchanges.

Thanks, noticed it's the case when selling a coin for bitshares but not buying bitshares.
