Title: DID NOT GET A BACKUP FILE

Hello,
I did not get a backup file when i created my account. I created it after downloading the bitshares wallet for macOS.
Also, I do not remember my account password but I am still logged into the bitshares account on chrome on my mac. How do I see my password?
If password cannot be seen, how do i change my password?

you can change your password by using your old password to unlock your account and then change the keys.
