Title: Slider don't work

Hi,

It seems number of decimal points slider don't work during UI asset creation process. Is it bug?

Both UI. I mean, slider is active, but the number of decimal points, which is below, does not changes. Might by it is because of lack of BTS in my account? I am going to transfer sufficient amount of BTS to my account and try again a few hours later.

The slider on https://bitshares.org/wallet is O.K. now. Talking about https://wallet.bitshares.eu there isn't  possibillity to create UIA at all.
