Title: Buy BitShares using BitCoin on the Windows Desktop App

Hi,

I'm trying to but Bitshares.
I transferred Bitcoins to my wallet in the Windows desktop App.
For some reason, when I go to Exchange and try to click on the Buy or Sell sections, they are grayed out and I cannot do any personal transactions, only see market data.

Can someone please help me in buying the Bitshares?
