Sender's balance was reduced, but receiver's balance still shows "not confirmed". 24 hours passed, what can I do?
-
Some miners (pool operators) run a flawed software which does not include transactions into blocks.
You have two options:
1.) delete your blockchain files (everything except 'wallet.dat') and reissue your payment
2.) wait until the right pool picks up your transaction and includes it into a block
edit: i'd prefer 2) as rebroadcasting a tx is sometimes a not so good idea

36 hours passed, still no confirmed.
What's the principle of picking up rule of the pool? How do I know which pool pick up my transaction?

The network is that slow. I think blocks need 150 confirmations before you can spend. You should be receiving coins today for blocks mined on May 21.
If you are in ypool, go to "Stats" and then "blocks found". You will see about 5 pages of blocks still waiting for confirmations.

I got confirmed today,more than 40hours. :-[

The 36/40 hour confirmations are bizzare because the most time between blocks w/ transactions has been less than a day. Maybe keep your wallets online when you send? I think the clieny rebroadcasts if it sees a block without a tx too

I've had my client open on a computer since I sent a PTS TX about four days ago, it still doesn't have a single confirmation.

So I just sent some PTS to my wallet aiming to get them by the LOTTO snapshot (https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=4774.0;topicseen). Am I le fuuked?

Usually not.
Lots of pools still include txs into blocks. Plenty of time left .. i'd say (although no guarantee :-))

Yup, clear and confirmed now :D
