Title: TaPOS vs DPOS

How is TaPOS related to DPOS? Is DPOS essentially TaPOS + Delegates?

TaPOS is where each transaction references a prior block and thus the stake in that transaction is confirming that block. 

DPOS is where each stake nominates a delegate and the delegates confirm blocks.

TaPOS is not in use in our current system as it is redundant.
