that's why the system should replace delegates like them with stand by delegates from the top of the list, when reliability is for example under 50%  after x blocks...

I'd prefer automated voting built into the wallet that the user can set to remove support from delegates that aren't performing. 

If you need a good replacement delegate I would suggest

I don't think its implemented yet.  I think it got put on the back burner when voting was switched to approval voting.
