Title: The 2.3 version of the client STILL crashes on startup in Windows....

Hopefully I can access my funds before version 17 of the client...here is the crash data:

Just tried it again running as administrator...and it worked!

it's not crashing now...but it's not syncing.....one problem on to the other...
