Title: problems to open wallet bitsharesx 0.3.0(solved)

hello
i just downloaded the wallet, then opened it, was asked for a pw and i typed it in. but then nothing happened the walled synced and after one hour i closed it.
so now i tryed to reopen it but it wont acept my pw
but i am certain i use the right one that i typed in.

and it wont let me deinstall the wallet so i could do it new all over .
it tells me there are some files remining and have to be deinstalled per hand.

update on my problem
now  i had access for a few minutes
i keyed in my pw
and i could start to creat a account
in the middle of it i got kicked
i tryed to log in again and same as befor
it tells me my pw is wrong
any sugestion what to do ?

windos or mac maybe you need to say about your computer something

I'm having the same issue and get the following error "CrashRpt1402.dll missing"   please help,
