Title: missing blocks SMS/phone_call notify etc using ifttt.com(From BitSuperLab)

Provided Email notification service from bitsuperlab for delegate missing blocks, we now further suggest a more variant solution based on that service, supporting more channels.

https://ifttt.com have a free recipe for user to create logic like:

Gmail
then
SMS
I would like to use phone call, but unfortunately they only support US phone numbers, but SMS is also good choice for me:)

They have a lot of other channels you can use. Here I shared a recipe template that you can directly use it.
