For now there are 490 Delegate approvals and disapprovals included in this slate-only delegate.
you are sure you can add disapprovals to a slate?

Anyone can publish a slate... no need to be a delegate to publish a slate.
You can give any account a Thumbs Up in the wallet.
This should make it easy to do what you want.

Ah .. i see .. I can remember a time where you could not approve a non-delegate .. so I was wondering ..

That is a bug that has been fixed for the next release.

In the next release...will we see accounts (non-delegates) that we approved by thumbs up under the Delegates->"My Votes" tab?

I advice you not to take binary versions from untrusted sources.
