Title: If someone honor new BTS 20% instead of AGS10%&PTS10%

What's the difference  support from  AGS fund?

option1:new BTS 20%
option2: AGS10%&PTS10%
option3:new BTS 10%&AGS10%&PTS10%?

If I were a new DAC creator I will go like 50-70% BTS X... but I am not a DAC developer, so I do not know if my opinion counts for much.

AGS fund the development of the toolkit. and the Social Consensus should not be broken.

the 3rd party DAC always have a choice no matter the new BTS exist or not. why we have a social consensus with 10% to agser and 10% to ptser but now become to 20% to BTSer? it doesn't make any sense.
