Title: suspicious ID is spamming fake info, please frezee or kill his ID

It's a newly registered ID. So, if administrator can see his IP, I would like know which ID is related to it.

Thank you guys, so quick reply. :)

Chinese community is under some irrational attack by a bunch of guys who lose a lot in the recent change. We are trying to clam them down, at least make them not to be the enemy of bitshares :)
