I have a problem trying to withdrawal some BTC from bter. Sent an email to them 24 hours ago without response >:(
That was the email sent to support@bter.com:
Hi,
I made a request for a BTC withdrawal several hours ago. After that,
made another withdrawal and it worked almost instant.
The stuck withdrawal ID is: 39806

Maybe they are at a party and dont want to know anything about the support mail?

The translated message when attempting to withdraw anything is this:
"BTC withdrawal is disabled due to high system load, virtual currency extract suspended, open later, please give us a little more time, thank you for your understanding and support."

I remember seeing some discussion on Bitcointalk forums about this as well. Please keep us informed about this and if you're able to get your BTC/PTS in and out of Bter, since this is a fairly big exchange in terms of overall PTS trade.

It seems to be back up, but I think they added a minimum amount before withdrawal. Anyone remember what the withdrawal limits were before?

Yeah I've been noticing this as well but for depositing. Wanted to buy a heap of PTS the other night cheap but couldn't get any funds in till the orders were filled. PTS has gone up over night I see, would have profited nicely but never mind.
As of this post it appears to be working for BTC deposit/withdraw
