Hope new purse can do as good a little, I don't want two days a new purse out. Don't trust that would have caused others.

in this context the closest would probably be a mild version of "!?".

the exact same meaning in English "used in writing to represent a noise that people make in conversation, for example to acknowledge or draw attention to something, or to express surprise or disappointment. "
