Title: 0.4.24 Two minor glitches - insufficient relay fee and a stacktrace alert

I just upgrade from 0.4.22 to 0.4.24.

For fun I tried to sell 1 bitUSD and saw an error "insufficient relay fee".. which looks the same as others had a while back, described in another thread: Help: insufficient relay fee (https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=9645.msg125354). On restarting BitShares that disappeared and it appears to have gone through.


Then there was an alert suggesting some form of stacktrace error.

I wonder that alert could speak plain English, if it is going to alert the user.

This is known issue and will be fixed in next release. It doesn't affect any functionality.
