1. 会不会增加改变资产管理者的功能？如果有，大概时间
2. 会不会增加多重签名发布资产的功能？如果有，大概时间
3. 会不会增加给资产管理者返利手续费的功能？
4. 会不会增加市场维护费功能？

问问代表喂价结果是怎么计算平均值的？代表都使用自动喂价工具怎么防范风险？ 代表现在出块有工资了，有没有相应的对代表工作的考核机制？比如形成投票团队以后，代表换个号投票再上的成本很低。如果有人控制几个代表席位，突然喂高价，会不会把人爆仓了？

How is the price feed calculated? Currently many delegates are using automatic price feeding tools, what are the potential reisks and how to prevent them? Now that delegates are paid for producing blocks, what is the corresponding reviewing mechanism (e.g., KPI) for them? If people teamed up to have a lot of shares in total, it could be wasy for them to vote for their 2nd acocunt into 101 delegates. If there is someone taking control of multiple 101 delegates and suddenly raise their feeding price, will this cause others to have 'insufficient' collaterals?

再问一个，本来不想说出来的。救几个算几个。play 这种给bts分配的dac如果照相造成bts价格急跌怎么办？内盘爆仓了咋整？bm有考虑这个问题吗？

目前空单一月到期。如果到期前账户里面有全部平仓资金或部分补仓资金，最好是系统到时先自动用自有资金补仓、平仓，差额部分从系统回购平仓。不知现在的系统是否如此？

1) I see no harm in allowing people to transfer manager of an asset.
我觉得让人们可以转移资产的管理权没啥大碍。（还是可行的意思）
2) I suppose by default asset issuance needs to be multi-sig 1 of 1, not currently supported but certainly more general.
我估计资产默认状态下资产的发行需要1-1多重签名，现在还不能支持，不过肯定会更通用。
3) Transaction fee covers expense to network, returning to issuer would allow issuer to spam the network. A sharing model would be complex to implement because a single transaction could contain multiple assets. I could see sharing market execution fees (bid/ask overlap) with the owner as this would encourage trading and issuing IOUs.
交易费有利于抵消网络维护上的开销，如果将这些交易费还给资产发行者的话会让发行者容易给网络添加大量垃圾信息增加网络负担。如果发行者与系统分享交易费的话是非常难实现的，因为一个转账交易会包含多个资产。我估计可以有让资产发行者分享市场执行费用（买价/卖价的重叠部分），这样会鼓励交易和发行IOU欠条（资产）。

4) I don't understand the question.
( Further hint on the 4th question : a market maintenance fee is charge from those asset owners who want to trade on the market on a weekly basis or monthly basis , to prevent people make bunch of spam or rubbish assets )

帮我问一下BM，是不是可以弄一条测试链，在上边测试所有新推出的功能，等有了足够的反馈和修正之后再正式发布？
就拿突然上线的新的资产发布规则来说：竞拍的方式好还是付费的方式好？固定收费好还是浮动收费好？12345这些字母数量是不是可以细化收费规则？BITUSD这些资产名字为什么不预先保护起来？
bts账户名出现了一人低成本抢注很多个的情况，这是第一个败笔；没做好系统关键账户名的保护，这是第二；市场功能上线后，很多人丢币，无法平仓导致的被爆仓，这是第三；DNS上线没几天就被下架，这是第四个。如果往前追溯的话，还会发现很多没做好的事情，而这些事情本来是可以避免的。
一条测试链可以很大程度上解决这个问题。
测试可以发现很多问题，避免频繁改动，频繁改动规则的后果是市场参与者不和你玩儿了，自己玩球去吧。
