Title: No connection bug and hints to resolve it--- 0.2.24

When I open the wallet, there is no connection, no matter how long I wait. In this case, if I close the wallet, and reopen, sometimes there will be connections and wallet starts syncing, but sometimes still there is no connection, then I have to repeat it many times, but eventually it will work.

It seems this issue is only a display bug, but very misleading...
