Hello,

I have BTS shares on BTER that now show my PLAY shares, thank you very much!!

How do I receive the PLAY shares from the 145K BTS shares that were in my wallet on my computer??

you don't need to do anything right now.
after the PLAY wallet released, you can import you BTS wallet private key (or wallet file) to get your PLAY shares.

Once there is a client and a blockchain you can redeem them too ..
