Title: Are workers(delegates) already earning 50 spk?

Aside from miners there are workers(delegates) that are earning 50spk/block.

Are the 101 workers(delegates) already earning 50 spk/block on the test network?

There are no miners in Bitshares.

The 7 delegates at 100% pay are earning 50 BTS/block yes, while the 3% delegates are making 50*0.03 = 1.5 BTS/block. The average for all 101 delegates is 4.9 BTS/block.

Delegate's block production is not activated in the testnet, so there's no active delegate.
