Title: Can't Register Account.

I tried registering one of my account names but it doesn't seem to be working.  Here is my consul log.  Thx in advance.

The account name is already registered to someone else.  Rename your account.

I tried registering capr01 but that didn't work either.  I searched the registered names on BitsharesBlocks.com to see if capr was registered and didn't find it in the search results.  See here: bitsharesblocks.com/accounts?query=capr
