Title: 0 connections to ProtoShares network!

I download the protoshare-qt.exe program and execute it,
several hours passed, it is still 4 weeks behind,
information from the bottom says:
no block source available.... 
0 connections to ProtoShares network!

my internet connection is ok!

what should I do about it?
