必须要求他们汇报每个月都干了什么事！
为bts做了什么贡献。
我是这样想的 工资是每个月都拿的，那做事呢，是不是做了一件事之后就可以终身拿工资了呢。
比如这位：
Cass是一名设计师，包办设计了绝大部分BTS钱包GUI/网站/Logo等。
你以前的设计 3i有没有给你钱，如果已经给你钱了。那将来呢，将来每个月你为bts做了什么事。
是不是每个月都在设计啊，还是以后基本每个月 干1到2天的活就行了。
工资模式一般有2种：
1 计时算工资，比如每天工作8小时，多少工资。
2 计件算工资，每天干多少活给多少钱。
目前100%代表模式就是 不问你每天干多少时间，不问你每天都干了什么事。
最可怕的是，发工资的人 根本不是老板，而是普通老百姓。
如果是老板发工资还好点，老板很精明，干的不好，就会辞退

所以高支付率受托人得到的投票一定要有半衰期，比如三个月？ :-X

小山版主能不能把它转到受托人专版里？heyd同志能不能持续更新，以至于发展成专门的受托人评测？
